Withdrawing a Submitted Complaint

Once a complaint has been filed it cannot be cancelled or withdrawn.  Instead, it must continue through the complaint process and be handled according to the policies and procedures. The complaint will continue through the normal complaint process and you will be notified, in writing, once a decision has been made by the Board/Commission/Assistant Commissioner regarding the matter.
