Trainee Sponsor Change

To complete a sponsor change, a trainee must complete the Sponsor Affidavit.  The sponsor affidavit should be submitted with the new sponsor’s 4-hour or 7-hour supervisor course certificate to RealEstate.Appraisers@tn.gov.  To remove a sponsor,  the trainee should email RealEstate.Appraisers@tn.gov to make the request.
