Is there an experience requirement for Private Investigation?

Yes, applicants for private investigation company licenses must document two thousand (2,000) hours of compensated, verifiable satisfactory investigative experience or has one (1) year of applicable, related experience or education in a related area of study approved by the Commission in order to qualify for the license.  Examination is also required.
