The Board's legal counsel and the Enforcement Committee will review your entire complaint file. The committee can take into consideration past complaint history, the severity of the violation and the risk of harm to the public. Disciplinary action can include consent orders with assessed civil penalties, licensee suspensions, informal conferences and formal hearings. The most severe form of disciplinary action is a revocation of your CPA license and firm license.
