Do I need a license to sell...?

Last Updated -

Motorcycles: A license is required if the size of the motor is 50ccs or higher.

Trailers: A business selling pull behind trailers, that do not contain living quarters, is not required to have a license as a motor vehicle dealer. This includes non-motorized semitruck trailers.

Golf Carts: A business selling traditional golf carts, those that have not been modified for on-road use, is not required to be licensed as a motor vehicle dealer.
