All applicants can check the most up-to-date application status by visiting our verification website. Once an application is complete, it is sent to the Board members for review. Reviews are sent to the Board members approximately every two weeks. The review process may take 8 to 12 weeks to complete. Engineer applicants with an NCEES Council Record may be eligible for an expedited review process, depending on their record status. The Board does not issue temporary licenses.
