By statute, once your license expires you must cease all collection activity in Tennessee. If your license is expired less than sixty (60) days you may still file for renewal on www.core.tn.gov as you normally would. There will be a $100 late fee assessed. If you license is expired more than sixty (60) days you will need to choose the REAPPLY application instead of renewal on www.core.tn.gov.
