Selling Prearranged Funded Funeral Plans

Each funeral home that sells prearranged, funded funeral plans must register and/or renew its registration with the Board. However, before a funeral home sells prearranged funerals, the funeral home must obtain approval for use of the preneed funeral contract and submit an executed trust agreement between the funeral home and the financial institution (trustee).
