Change of Name: Name changes for both firms and branches can be done through your CORE account. There is no fee associated with this change.
- Escrow account information must accompany the name change application.
- Corporations and LLCs must submit a Letter of Good Standing from the Secretary of State listed under the new name.
Change of Address: You must notify the Commission of the location change within ten (10) days.
- This change can be made through your CORE account. Choose "My Licenses or Permits", select the credential that needs to be updated, then select "Address Change".
