Every two (2) years the affiliate broker shall provide certification of satisfactory completion of sixteen (16) classroom hours in real estate courses at any school, college or university approved by the commission. All documentation and fees that are a prerequisite to the renewal of a license or registration shall be delivered to the commission prior to the expiration date of the license. Renewal fee of $75 is due prior to the expiry date. After expiry date agent will have 60 days GRACE, however the agent will accrue $50 per 30 days.
