How to Apply - Registered Employee

Employing companies must register employees in accordance with the law within 30 days of employment. Applicants must submit an application online at and a $100 initial license fee along with proof that the applicant met the following requirements:

I. "Initial Registered Employee" Application (CORE)

II. Supporting Documents

1. Fingerprints, Electronically Scanned

2. Two 1" x 1" color passport-style photos with the name of the applicant printed on the back of each.

3. If a criminal history exists applicants must disclose all arrests/charges and provide certified court documents showing the final disposition of all charges.

4. Level 1 Training, to be completed with company within 1 year of licensure.

5. Must be employed by a licensed Alarm Contractors Company

III. Fee, $100
