Alarm Employee Registration is required for all alarm system contractor employees with access to records, diagrams, plans or other sensitive information pertaining to monitored, installed or proposed alarm systems.

Employing companies must register employees in accordance with the law within 30 days of employment. 

I. "Initial Registered Employee" Application (CORE)

II. Supporting Documents

1. Fingerprints, Electronically Scanned

2. Two 1" x 1" color passport-style photos with the name of the applicant printed on the back of each.

3. If a criminal history exists applicants must disclose all arrests/charges and provide certified court documents showing the final disposition of all charges.

4. Level 1 Training, to be completed with the company within 1 year of licensure.

5. Must be employed by a licensed Alarm Contractors Company

III. Fee, $100
