NCEES exams are recognized nationally. If you have taken your Principles and Practice of Engineering (PE) exam in another state but want to apply for an Initial Engineer license in Tennessee, you may do so with your exam.
Applicants would first create an account on CORE and search for the initial license application. Applicants will need to submit all required supporting documentation such as transcripts and references. If the applicant has an NCEES record, it can be transmitted to Tennessee.
