License Verification requests to be used for trade exam waive agreements between states are done on CORE under "My Licenses and Permits". These are only available for Contractor licenses.
If you need to receive an affidavit for a permit, please submit your request to the Board via email at Contractors.Home-Improvement@tn.gov.
In the email, please include:
- Type of affidavit requested
- License number and name on license
