How do I obtain a firework operator license?

A license can be obtained by submitting a completed initial application along with; required fee, Eligibility Verification for Entitlements Attestation, three completed Verification of Experience for Fireworks Operator forms for each certification desired; Outdoor, Pyrotechnic, or Flame Effects. Pass the state examination for each certification desired. You will receive an email requesting that you call the PSI testing agency to schedule your exam.
