Audits

The necessary expense of any examination or audit shall be paid by the cemetery owner at the rate of five hundred dollars ($500.00) per examiner/auditor, per day. The cemetery owner shall be billed in increments of not less than one-half day for each half-day or any portion thereof. The cemetery owner shall remit payment not later than fifteen (15) days after the invoice date.
