Can I meet with the Board/Commission/Program regarding my Regulatory Board or Fire Prevention Division complaint?

Unfortunately the team that reviews these matters, our legal counsel, does not schedule in-person meetings.  Furthermore, all complaints are presented anonymously to the Board/Commission/Program so as not to cause bias to the decision.  They request that all correspondence be done through writing to ensure matters are not delayed.
