Can I meet with the Board regarding my Regulatory Board or Fire Prevention Division complaint?

The team that reviews these matters, our legal counsel, does not schedule in-person meetings or phone calls.  Furthermore, all complaints are presented anonymously to the Board so as not to cause bias in the decision.  They request that all correspondence be done through writing to ensure matters are not delayed, nor is information unintentionally left out of the complaint. If at any point they need additional information, they will also reach out to you.  Please be advised that the complaint process is quite lengthy. We strive to present complaints to the Board within 180 days of receipt.
