I have a business that deals with sensitive procedures (surgery, medical treatments, haircuts, vet clinics etc.), and how am I supposed to know when they are going to blast for the safety of my customers/patients.

Unfortunately, the State does not know which businesses are in the close proximity of blasting. The customer can try and communicate with the contractor or file a complaint, and we can communicate with the blasting firm.
