Can I pay my Civil Penalty or Agreed Citation by credit card?

We can now accept credit card payments for civil penalties, agreed citations, or statutory citations up to $5,000. Please email your contact information and request to Rb.complaints@tn.gov and a member of our team will follow up with you. Please include the complaint number within your request so we can best assist you.
