No extension of time will be considered, nor will a payment plan be offered. All Agreed Citation materials MUST be received in the Board’s office no later than thirty (30) days from the date of the Agreed Citation.
Please note: The purpose of an Agreed Citation is to resolve a matter promptly.
- Choosing to sign and pay an Agreed Citation is optional. If you wish to resolve this matter without formal disciplinary proceedings or other Board action, please sign and date the Agreed Citation and return it to the Board office along with a check or money order.
- Should you choose not to sign and pay an Agreed Citation, your case will be presented to the Board for further action. If you would like to contest an agreed citation you received, please put the information in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org and the matter will be forwarded to our legal counsel.
