Participants must submit an application online at core.tn.gov along with proof that the applicant met the following requirements:
1. Initial Proprietary Security Organization Application (CORE)
2. Supporting Documents:
i. Certificate of Insurance
- Must display the following certificate holder:

- Minimum amount of three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) for bodily or personal injury and one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) for property damage.
