Expired-Grace: If a real estate firm license has expired and is still within 60 days of the expiration date, the licensee can log into their CORE account and submit the renewal application and payment (including any applicable late fees.)
Expired/Reinstatement: If a real estate firm license has been fully expired for more than 60 days, the licensee will want to reapply on CORE.
