Grandfathered Status

Grandfathered Auctioneers are exempt from Continuing Education requirements for renewals. There are two paths to be grandfathered:

• Be continuously licensed since July 1, 1999, or before. 
• Be over age 60 and continuously licensed for 10 years or more.
